Safe, clearly coordinated homecoming options from our Crescent City, California cattery
Fluff Blues Cattery is based in Crescent City on California's North Coast. Families are welcome to arrange an in-person pickup, and we can also discuss transportation for approved homes that are farther away. The right option depends on your location, the kitten's age and readiness, current travel requirements, and the availability of a suitable pet transporter.
We confirm transportation details directly with each adopting family before a kitten travels. Our priority is a calm, safe trip and a clear handoff, not rushing a kitten into unnecessary travel. If you are considering one of our available Russian Blue kittens, contact us early so we can discuss the most appropriate homecoming plan.
Options are confirmed individually before adoption is finalized
Families who prefer to meet us in person can arrange a scheduled pickup at our Crescent City, California location. We will confirm the date and time in advance and review the kitten's feeding routine, health records, travel setup, and first-day care before you leave.
For some destinations, professional pet ground transportation may be available. We discuss the transporter, route, timing, handoff procedure, and total cost with you before anything is booked. Any documentation required for the trip is handled according to the applicable travel and veterinary requirements.
For longer distances, an in-cabin flight nanny may be an option when a suitable itinerary and experienced courier are available. The kitten remains with the courier during the trip rather than being shipped as ordinary cargo. Airport, schedule, carrier and documentation details are confirmed with the adopting family in advance.
Our cattery is in Crescent City, but inquiries come from families throughout California and from other states. Within California, that can include the Bay Area, Sacramento, San Jose, Los Angeles and San Diego. We also receive inquiries from Oregon, Nevada, Arizona, Texas and other states. A location being listed here does not mean a specific transport route is always available; we confirm every trip individually.
For long-distance homes, we will discuss travel time, the kitten's comfort, carrier requirements, veterinary paperwork when required, and the safest practical handoff. We do not recommend a transport option until the kitten is ready to travel.
First choose a kitten and complete the normal adoption process. Once the adoption is approved, we can confirm pickup or delivery details based on your location and schedule. Costs, if any, should be explained before booking so you know exactly what the transportation covers.
For questions about availability, pickup or delivery, use our contact page or call (530) 338-1211.
Tell us where you are located and which kitten you are interested in. We will explain the practical options available for that specific adoption.
